Expertise. The

in cases like yours.
There are over 60 different broad disciplines,

Mr. Long will thoroughly examine and evaluate
your case, and advise the best course of
action for your case.
Mr. Long is Board
Certified by Texas Board of Legal Specialization
in Personal Injury Trial Law and has attained
the highest rating for legal ability, ethics,
and professionalism, the prestigious AV

Mr. Long prides himself on being dedicated
to the representation only of plaintiffs
within his areas of practice.
Trial Experience. All
Attorneys do not have trial experience,
contrary to what most may think, many attorneys
go their entire career without even going
to court. Though most cases will not go
to trial, your attorney should evaluate
and prepare the case as if a trial was
certain, and he/she should be willing and
able to try the case if it is ultimately
in your best interests. Many attorneys
(even firms that advertise) have either
never actually tried a case or have not
tried a case in years. Mr. Long does not
even consider taking your case until he
knows that he is able, if necessary, to
take it to trial.
Proven System To Get
Results. Your attorney
should help you solve your problems, not
be the source of them! Unfortunately, some
firms "conceal" certain changes
until after it's too late to undo the damage.
Many attorneys are afraid to tell clients
what they need to hear for fear of losing
the client, which can lead to more distrust
when the case does not go as expected.
Mr. Long has a proprietary system that
he has developed over the course of his
career that leads him to the results and
success he consistently get for his clients.
Proper Tools And Support. Your attorney
should have the proper tools and support
staff that aid in maximizing efforts for
clients. Properly trained staff, updated
legal research tools, annually updated
computers for the entire office, networked
system software specifically designed to
coordinate malpractice and injury claims
are a must.
